Ms. Roop Basu, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Applicant, tenders a copy of the letter dated 25th February 2026, under which she has served the proposed Respondent nos. 6 and 7 and the same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. A perusal of this letter together with the tracking report reveals that the service has been effected on proposed Respondent nos. 6 and 7. The Applicant shall file an Affidavit-ofService to that effect, on or before 2nd April 2026. 2.

Despite service, none appears for the proposed Respondent nos. ------------------------------------- Order dated 27th March 2026 This order is modified/corrected pursuant to the order dated 9th April 2026

A perusal of the Interim Application reveals that proposed Respondent nos. 6 and 7 are sought to be impleaded in the First Appeal since the Unilateral Deemed Conveyance has been granted in their favour by orders dated 22nd October 2021 and 28th November 2022, respectively. As a result, they would be necessary parties to the litigation and therefore required to be joined as parties and impleaded in the First Appeal. 4.

Mr. Dharmesh Pandya, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Respondent nos. 3 to 5 has also consented to the above. 5.

Considering this, the present Interim Application is allowed and the Applicant is permitted to implead proposed Respondent nos. 6 and 7 to the present Interim Application as Respondent nos. 6 and 7. The amendment to the First Appeal shall be carried out, on or before 16th April 2026 and a copy of the amended First Appeal shall be served on all the Respondents including the newly added Respondents, on or before 28th April 2026 and an Affidavit-of-Service to that effect shall also be filed, before the next date. 6.

The present Interim Application is disposed of in terms of the above order with no orders as to costs.
