Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent no. 6 seriously objected to the restoration of the writ petition. It is pertinent to note that even notices have not been issued in the said writ petition. The registration of the said writ petition was refused for non-removal of the office objections. Therefore, at this stage, we are satisfied
Ingale 29-ia-9299-25.odt with the reasons provided in the application for restoration and accordingly, we set aside the order passed by Registrar (Judicial-I) by giving an opportunity to the applicant for removal of the office objections.

For the reasons stated in the application, we are satisfied that the order dated 12/02/2025 needs to be set aside. 4.
The interim application is allowed. The order dated 12/02/2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial -I) is set aside. 5.
Learned counsel for the applicant assures that office objections will be removed within a period of 2 weeks from today. 6.
The writ petition is restored to file.
