Heard learned counsel for the applicants (original petitioners). 2.

By this application, the applicants seek restoration of the writ petition, which stood dismissed as per order dated 25.09.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) on account of failure to remove office objections.

For the reasons stated in the application, particularly paragraphs 25 and 26 thereof, we are satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for allowing the present application.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored to file, subject to the office objections being removed within two weeks from today.
