This is an application for travel permission to Singapore from 7th July 2025 to 17th July 2025. By an order dated 22nd November 2024 this Court had permitted the applicant to travel abroad. The applicant has abided by the
conditions and returned back.

The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the Respondents.

However, for the reasons mentioned in the application, we are satisfied that travel permission can be granted.

The travel permission is granted on the following terms and conditions :- (i) The applicant-original petitioner shall file an undertaking in this Court setting out a detailed itinerary of the above travel including the airline tickets, addresses of the hotels/residence where she would be staying during the above travel, along with other contact details. This undertaking shall also state that the applicant-petitioner shall return to India on or before 18th July 2025.
(ii) The applicant-original petitioner shall also file another undertaking stating that she would not apply for renewal and/or extension of this order until she returns to India.
(iii) Both the aforesaid undertakings shall be served on the Advocate for respondent no.3-Bank of Baroda before the date of departure.

The applicant-original petitioner is permitted to travel from Mumbai to Singapore between the period from 7th July 2025 to 17th July 2025 on aforesaid conditions. 6.
Subject to the above conditions, the Look Out Circular issued at the instance of respondent no.3-Bank of Baroda against the applicant-original petitioner is suspended upto 18th July 2025. It is clarified that this order does not apply to any other Look Out Circular and / or restraint order, if issued by any other Authority / Court / Agency / Bank.

The Immigration Authorities at all Ports of Departure including all Airports will permit the applicantoriginal petitioner passage and allow her to take her flights out of the country irrespective of whether the respondent no.3-Bank of Baroda has notified them or not and
irrespective of whether this suspension is noted in the Immigration Authorities' systems or otherwise. 8.
The Immigration Authorities shall not insist upon a certified copy of this order but will act on presentation of an 9.
The Interim Application is disposed of.
