Mr. Walavalkar, learned counsel for the applicant/original respondent states that by order dated 23rd December, 2021, the impugned judgment and decree dated 30th November, 2021, whereby the possession of the suit property was to be handover was stayed.

The learned counsel for the applicant/original respondent states that he has averred in paragraph 4 of the present application that there are

Ms. Chaubey, learned counsel for the appellant/original respondent no.1 seeks some time since her senior is unavailable today. 4.

Till the next date of hearing, status-quo be maintained. 5.
