This application is for condonation of delay in filing the civil revision application. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that initially the writ petition was filed and the same was permitted to be converted vide order dated 11th June 2025. He submits that the writ petition was filed 10 days beyond the period of limitation. 2.

He therefore submits that the delay in filing the civil revision application is unintentional and the same has occurred only because the writ petition was initially filed. In the facts and Page no. 1 of 2

18-ia-9388-2025-cra-325-2025.doc circumstances of the case, delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause(a).
