By this application, the Applicant is praying to bringing legal heirs of Original Claimant - Respondent No.1 on record. 2.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicants that Respondent No.1 - Original Claimant is died during the pendency of this appeal. The Applicants are legal heirs of the Original Claimant. Hence requested to allow the application.
