This Application has been filed to delete the name of Appellant No.1 i.e. Nalini Madhavan who passed away on 16th January, 2009. The Application also seeks fixing of a date for final hearing of the present First Appeal.

For all the reasons stated in the Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer (a) which reads as under : Mansi Shelke
