By this interim application, the applicants/petitioners are praying for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections by an order dated 26 March 2025.

We have perused the averments as made in the interim application. There is delay of 76 days in filing this interim application. However, in the interest of justice, we are of the opinion that the petition deserves to be restored to the file of this Court, however, subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited with the Maharashtra Legal Services Authority within a period of one week from today. 3.

Office objections, if any remained to be removed, be removed within two weeks from today.

In the event the office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, the petition shall be dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.
