Our attention is invited to the paragraph No.15 in the order dated 9th January 2025 passed by this Court in Suo Motu Public Interest Litigation No. 3 of 2023. The relevant portion of DSS 1/2
p-502-ia-9522025.doc the said paragraph reads thus:
"15. ....
..... We are of the opinion that within six months from today, the Bakery units needs to be directed to stop using wood and coal and by converting these units to use CNG, Gas or Green Fuels etc... .... .."

Now, the application has been filed for extension of time.

List the application on 28th July 2025. In the peculiar facts and for the reasons mentioned in the application, we are satisfied that time granted by this Court in the interregnum needs to be extended till the next date.
