This application is for bringing on record the names of heirs and legal representatives of sole appellant-original plaintiff. This application is within time.

By way of last chance, two weeks time is granted to supply copies, failing which ad-interim relief granted on 4th October 2023, shall stand vacated without further reference to the court. If copies are supplied, office is directed to issue notice as per order dated 4th October 2023.
