It is the submission of Mr. Vadgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant that the Second Appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution before the pre-admission stage. Mr. Vadgaonkar, learned Counsel states that the Applicant will remove the office objections within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), by setting aside the order dated 3rd April 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). 5.

The Second Appeal (ST) No.36647 of 2024 is restored to the file of this Court, on the condition that, the office objections shall be removed within a period of four weeks from today. 6.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
