Interim Application No. 9548 of 2025 seeks condonation of a delay of 4 days in filing the appeal challenging the order dated 25/03/2025, passed by the Family Court, Pune, in PA No. 763 of 2019.

Heard the counsel for the applicant and perused the application. The application being served, the counsel for the respondent who is fair enough to state that he is not opposing the delay.

We have also perused the application and note that the delay is neither intentional nor mala fide; and in our view; the same deserves to be condoned.
