This Interim Application is taken out for restoration of Second Appeal (ST) No.22061 of 2024. The said Second Appeal has been dismissed by order dated 11th September 2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II).

The Second Appeal was dismissed by conditional order of learned Registrar (Judicial-II), as the office objections were not removed.

It is the submission of Ms. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant that the Second Appeal was dismissed for nonprosecution before the pre-admission stage. Ms. Patil, learned Counsel states that the Applicant will remove the office objections within a period of six weeks from today.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), by setting aside the order dated 11th September 2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). 5.

The Second Appeal (ST) No.22061 of 2024 is restored to the file of this Court, on the condition that, the office objections shall be removed within a period of six weeks from today. 6.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
