The above Interim Application is filed to condone the delay of 65 days and set aside the abatement of the Petition qua Petitioner No.1. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. We allow the above Interim Application in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) which read thus:- (a) "This Hon'ble Court may be please to condone delay of 65 days in filing present Interim Application.

(c) This Hon'ble Court may be please to permit the Applicants to delete the name of Petitioner no.1 on account of her death and be permitted to carry out consequential amendments if any." 3.

The amendment shall be carried out by the advocates for the Petitioners forthwith infront of the Associate. Re-verification is dispensed with.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
