The learned counsel for the Applicant/Appellant is seeking recall of the order dated 3rd October 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : Somasekhar Sundaresan, J.) 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant had made submission before this Court stating that, award amount is deposited but it was deposited in one matter and was not deposited in present Appeal. The Applicant/Appellant is ready to deposit the amount, hence, requested to recall the order dated 3rd N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The learned counsel for the Respondent submit that, appropriate order be passed.

I have heard both learned counsel.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant/Appellant order dated 3rd October 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : Somasekhar Sundaresan, J.) in Interim Application No.16144 of 2023 and Interim Application No.12030 of 2024 is recalled. The Application for stay is restored.

The Applicant is permitted to deposit the entire award amount within two weeks.

The Respondent-Claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% amount after depositing amount as observed by this Court (Coram : Somasekhar Sundaresan, J.).
