Heard Mr. Joglekar, learned Senior Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. Sakhare, learned Senior Advocate for Respondent. 2.

In view of the order dated 23.06.2025, the pleadings in Writ Petitions are complete. However in the interregnum, there is letter which is issued to Petitioner - Company by the Respondent - Corporation with respect to revisiting the same cause action according to Mr. Joglekar.

Petitioner - Company has filed an Interim Application seeking restraint.

Mr. Sakhare would submit that he may be permitted to file Affidavit-in-Reply to the Interim Application. 5.

Though I have heard both the learned Senior Advocates at the bar, I am inclined to grant time to Mr. Sakhare, to justify further cause of action of the Respondent - Corporation.

In the meanwhile, it is directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against Petitioner - Company by Respondent - Corporation. 7.
