Heard Mr. Joglekar, learned Senior Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. Sakhare, learned Senior Advocate for Respondent. 2.

Mr. Sakhare informs the Court that exercise for assessment and survey has already been started with respect to property of Petitioner before me.

3.

He would inform that survey of four lakh square feet area out of total area has been completed and survey for the balance area assessment is underway.

4.

He requests to give two weeks for making the assessment and file appropriate report before Court.

5.

If Corporation desires to take any further steps against Petitioner, they are directed to prepare the fresh report and on the basis of the said report Corporation will have to file an appropriate Affidavit in Court in order to enable the Petitioner to meet the case of Corporation.

6.

Stand over to 18th August, 2025.
