It appears that this Court (Coram : R.G.Ketkar, J.) by order dated 03.04.2013 had granted stay in favour of the appellant. Thereafter, the appeal of the appellant was dismissed in default and it was restored but after restoring the appeal, the stay was not continued. Considering this fact, stay granted to the appellant by order dated 03.04.2013 be continued. 3.

By this application, the applicants are seeking to bring legal heirs of appellant No.1 on record.
