By this application, the applicants are seeking withdrawal of the amount.

It is contention of the learned Counsel for the applicants that the applicants have no source of income and they need the amount for their daily expenses and requested to allow the application. 3.

It is contention of the learned Counsel for the respondent that the offending vehicle is falsely involved in this case as FIR was lodged Digitally signed by REKHA PRAKASH PATIL Date:

12-IA-9678-2025.doc against unknown vehicle but this fact is not considered by the Tribunal and requested to reject the application.

I have heard both the learned Counsel.

The deceased was only earning member of the family and the applicants need the amount for their daily expenses. They have no source of income. Hence, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Application is allowed.

(ii) The Applicants are permitted to withdraw 40% amount along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing undertaking.

(iii) The Application is disposed of.
