This application is taken out by the applicant to bring on record merger of HDFC Ltd. into HDFC Bank Ltd. The original appeal was filed by the HDFC Ltd. which got merged with HDFC Bank Ltd. vide order dated 17 March 2023 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai. The said order is annexed at Exhibit 'A' to the present application. 2.
I have perused the application and there being no objection by any other party, amendment to bring HDFC Bank Ltd. on record is allowed. 3.
Interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried by making necessary changes in the cause title of
