This Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased sole Appellant. Deceased sole Appellant passed away on 3rd December 2024 and the Interim Application is filed on 4th April 2025. Therefore, there is delay of 38 days in filing the Interim Application.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents strongly opposes the Interim Application.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d). 4.

Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. Amended copy of the Second Appeal be served on the Respondents within a period of 14 days thereafter.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
