This Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. Deceased Respondent No.1 passed away on 12th March 2020. There is delay of 2 years and 315 days in filing the Interim Application. However, the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.1 are already on record as Respondent Nos.2 to 6.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) (c) and (d).

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
