Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that this Court has allowed the withdrawal application on 15th July, 2025 permitting to withdraw 40% amount. But, in the operative part of the order it is mentioned as 30% instead 40%.

Clause (ii) of the operative part of the order dated 15th July, 2025 be read as under :

"(ii) The Applicants are permitted to withdraw 40% amount along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing undertaking."
