This is an Application for condonation of delay in instituting the Appeal. The delay is within the condonable period provided under the statute. The reason set out in paragraphs 5 and 6 of this Application constitutes sufficient cause. There is a reference to Applicant's health issues on

7-IA-9812-2025.DOCX account of his advance stage and there is further reference to the Applicant's lawyer being preoccupied, on account of serious medical element suffered by the Advocate's mother. This, according to us, constitutes sufficient cause for the delay of 57 days in instituting this Appeal.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this Interim Application is disposed of.
