Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the Interim Application, we allow this Application and permit the legal heirs of Appellant No.2 to be brought on record in the First Appeal as well as all pending Applications therein. 3.

The amendments shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the papers and proceedings of the Appeal as well as all pending Applications therein shall be served on the Respondents immediately thereafter.

Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
