Kurle appears as counsel or is otherwise representing any party, in the interest of judicial propriety, impartiality, and institutional confidence;

b. Direct that all such matters be placed before the Hon'ble Chief Justice for appropriate re-assignment to another Bench;"

INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 8912 OF 2025 2.

This Interim Application is filed by the original Applicant - Ballam Trifla Singh, seeking following prayers:- "a. Recall and set aside the Order dated 09.04.2025 (and the further order dated 15.04.2025) passed by this Hon'ble Court in Civil Revision Application No. 189 of 2025, as well as quash the Court Receiver's Report and all actions taken pursuant thereto; b. Restore Civil Revision Application No. 189 of 2025 to the file of this Hon'ble Court for fresh hearing on merits, and afford the Applicant a reasonable opportunity to present his case;

c. Grant other consequential and appropriate reliefs, including restoration of possession of the Applicant's premises to him (if already dispossessed), and expunging of any adverse remarks made against the Applicant's counsel in the impugned order;"

Mr. Kurle appears through VC and states that Mr. Upadhay is appearing as counsel and seeks time. At his request, Stand over to 21 July 2025.
