By this Interim Application, Applicant - Advocate Vijay S. Kurle is seeking following relief:- "a.

Be please to graciously recuse Your Lordship from hearing not only Civil Revision Application No. 189 of 2025 but also from all matters where the undersigned Advocate Shri Vaibhav Page No. 1

Direct that all such matters be placed before the Hon'ble Chief Justice for appropriate re-assignment to another Bench;"

However, Mr. Ghansham Upadhay, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant on the instructions of Advocate Vijay S. Kurle, who is personally present in Court, states that he has instructions to withdraw the said Interim Application No.9830 of 2025. 3.

Accordingly, the Interim Application No.9830 of 2025 is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.

The Interim Application is taken out for recall and setting aside order dated 9th April 2025 passed by this Court in Civil Revision Application No.189 of 2025.
