Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application by Appellant for bringing legal heirs of Respondent No.1 deceased Vithoba Patil on record. 3.

The proposed legal heirs are indicated in the application. Learned Counsel for the Respondents states that he is appearing for the proposed legal heirs of Vithoba Patil.

Considering the averments made in the application, especially paragraph 2 indicating that the Applicant came to know about the Sneha Chavan 1/2

21-IA-9849-2025.doc death only in May 2025, sufficient cause is made out. Even otherwise this is an appeal arising out of land acquisition under Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 and the aspect is of compensation between the legal heirs. Therefore it is desirable that all legal heirs are parties.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Applicant is permitted to bring proposed legal heirs of Respondent No. 1 on record. Amendment to be carried out within a period of 3 weeks from today and amended copy be served upon the learned Counsel for the Respondents.
