This Interim Application seeks condonation of a delay of 13 days in filing of this appeal.

Having heard the parties, for the reasons set out in the application, the delay is condoned. The Interim Application is finally disposed of. 3.

Respondent No. 6 has passed way. The legal heirs of Respondent No. 6 which had already been brought on record in the proceedings below (Page 73, Plaintiff No. 6). However, inadvertently, the legal heirs could not be made party in this Appeal. Liberty to effect the substitution the name of August 6, 2025 Shraddha
