Heard learned Counsel for the Applicants and learned Counsel for Respondent No.1.

This is an application for restoration of First Appeal which was dismissed for non removal of office objections under order dated 09.05.2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II). There is nominal delay of 5 days in filing the application.

Perusal of the record indicates that in the First Appeal, no notices were issued and on the date when the conditional order was passed, nobody appeared.

Considering the averments in the application and that the dismissal is on technical ground of non removal of office objections, sufficient cause is made out.

The application is allowed. Subject to the Applicants removing all office objections within a period of two weeks from today, delay is condoned and the said conditional order is recalled and the appeal is restored to file.

Interim Application is disposed of in above terms. 7.

The Applicants are directed to serve copies of pending proceedings upon other side.
