By this interim application, the applicants/petitioners have prayed that the writ petition, which came to be dismissed for non-removal of the office objections, be restored to the file of this Court. 2.

Having perused the averments made in the application, we are of the opinion that sufficient cause is made out to restore the petition and the petitioner be permitted to remove the office objections within one week from today. We accordingly allow the interim application in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

Interim application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs. 4.
