Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 9th June, 2025 ("Exhibit A") whereby the petitioner has been blacklisted by the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, Pimpri for a period of one year in the context of tenders invited by Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, Pimpri. 2.

We had heard the proceedings on the earlier occasion and had adjourned the same to enable Mr. Sakhadeo, learned Counsel appearing for Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, Pimpri to take instructions considering SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2025.07.23 18:38:47 +0530

Today, Mr. Sakhadeo has placed on record an order dated 21st July, 2025 passed by Mr. Vijaykumar Khorate, Additional Commissioner (II) Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, Pimpri ordering withdrawal of the impugned order dated 9th June, 2025. Copy of the same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. As the impugned order to the extent of blacklisting is withdrawn, further adjudication of the petition is not called for.

Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 4.

We keep open all other contentions of the parties. 5.

In view of disposal of the petition, Interim Application does not survive, hence stands disposed of.
