This is an application for bringing legal heirs of sole Petitioner on record, who has expired on 21.03.2025, during pendency of the petition. The application is filed on 21.04.2025 by proposed legal heirs within prescribed period of limitation.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to be brought on record as legal heirs of sole Petitioner. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Amended copy be served upon Respondents, including Advocate for Respondent No.1.
