By order dated 20th June 2025, we had disposed of this petition by allowing the same in terms of prayer clause (a). We had directed Respondent No. 2 to hear and decide the application dated 29th April 2025, filed by the Petitioner, on or before 16th July, 2025.

Today, the proceedings are moved on behalf of State Government, praying for extension of time for three months on the ground that there are two districts involved, and vigilance cell would accordingly be required to undertake such appropriate scrutiny on the materials from the jurisdiction of these two districts. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has no objection for extension of time. Accordingly, we extend the time for a period of three months from today to enable Respondent No. 2 to hear and decide the application dated 29th April 2025, filed by the Petitioner.

The protection granted by this Court in terms of paragraph 8 of our order dated 20th June 2025 shall continue to operate till final orders are passed and communicated to the Petitioner.
