The above Interim Application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 151 days in filing the above Appeal. 2.

The main contesting Respondent in the above First Appeal is Respondent No.2. He has been served privately by the Appellants, and as evidence, an affidavit of service dated 11th September 2025 is filed. Despite service, none has appeared on behalf of Respondent No.2. Having gone through the Interim Application, and for the reasons stated therein, we are satisfied with the explanation given for the delay. Accordingly, the delay in filing the above First Appeal is hereby condoned.

Now that the delay is condoned, the Advocates for the Appellants shall remove all other office objections, if any, within a period of 4 weeks from today, failing which the above First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The above Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
