The Interim Application is filed seeking to set aside the order dated 20th December, 2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) in Second Appeal (St) No.28557 of 2024, by which the said Second Appeal was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. 2.

Mr. Rajeshirke, learned Counsel states that when the Second Appeal was dismissed, the same was at the pre-admission stage and no notice has been issued to the Respondents.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), on the condition that the Applicant removes the office objections within a period of 2 weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms, with no order as to costs.
