This application is for restoration of the appeal which is dismissed for non removal of office objections within the conditional time granted by the learned Registrar Judicial-I. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has served copy of the application on the advocate who had filed the caveat. However, learned counsel appearing for the caveator 1/2

The appeal was dismissed for non removal of office objections. The objections appear to be formal. 4.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that all office objections shall be removed within two weeks from today. 5.
Considering that the appeal was dismissed for non removal of office objections, I do not find it necessary to issue notice to the respondents in this application.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) subject to learned advocate for the applicant removing all office objections within three weeks from today. 7.
If objections are removed, office is directed to list the appeal under the caption for 'Fresh Admission'.
