By this interim application, the applicant/petitioner has prayed that the petition, which came to be dismissed in pursuance of the order dated 15 April 2025 passed by this Court (Coram: A. S. Gadkari & Kamal Khata, JJ) be restored to the file of this Court.

We have perused the averments made in the application. Delay, if any, is condoned. In our opinion, it is in the interest of justice that the writ petition be restored to the file of this Court. We, accordingly, allow the interim application in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
