The present petition arises out of proceedings initiated under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, in which a certificate has been issued in favor of the applicant. During the pendency of this petition, the opponent has deposited the amount with this Court. Therefore, the Society seeks withdrawal of that amount.

Hence, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
