At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend prayer clause 'a'. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By this interim application, the applicant seeks quashing and setting aside of the order dated 21st February 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I), and prays for restoration of Writ Petition (Stamp) No.997 of 2025, which was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections He also seeks condonation of delay in filing the N. S. Chitnis 1/2

905-ia.10120.2025.doc aforesaid interim application.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 opposes the interim application. However, for the reasons set out in the aforesaid interim application, we allow the interim application and quash and set aside the order dated 21st February 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I), by which the aforesaid writ petition came to be dismissed for non-removal of the office objections. The order dated 21st February 2025 is recalled and Writ Petition (Stamp) No.997 of 2025, is restored back to its original file. The delay as stated in para 16 prayer clause 'a' of the aforesaid interim application, is condoned. 4.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. 5.

The office objections to be removed within two weeks from today. Thereafter, Writ Petition (Stamp) No.997 of 2025, to be listed under the caption 'Admission' on 12th December 2025. SANDESH D. PATIL, J.
