By this interim application, the learned counsel for the applicantpetitioner seeks restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed by the conditional order dated 2nd February 2024 for non-removal of office objections 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner. Writ Petition (Stamp) No.1300 of 2023 is restored to the file. Office objections be removed within four weeks, failing which the order dated 2nd February 2024 would stand.

If office objections are removed within the stipulated time, post the writ petition on 22nd August 2025.
