This application is filed for expeditious hearing of the appeal and for fixing peremptory date of final hearing. The appeal is arising out of the Land Acquisition Act and the dispute is about compensation payable to the Applicant.

The Applicant is relying upon the copy of Aadhar card, which shows that the Applicant is about 83 years old. Considering the nature of dispute and age of the Appellant, the hearing of the appeal is expedited. The Appellant is at liberty to move. 5.
