This application is taken out by the original appellant seeking to bring legal heirs of respondent No.1, who died on 15 January 2022, on record. The details of the legal heirs were provided to the appellant on 23 June 2025. Therefore, the application is taken out. 2.

I have perused the application and being satisfied with the prayer made therein, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment in terms of Schedule (Exhibit C) to be carried out within four weeks from today. Appellant to serve the amended copy on all the respondents.
