Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

These applications are taken out by the State for bringing legal heirs of the deceased/sole Respondent on record. There is nominal delay of about 48 days in filing, as per office note. Learned advocate for the proposed legal heirs is present before the Court. No reply is filed opposing the application. 3.

Considering the nature of dispute which is arising from the Land Acquisition Act involving payment of compensation and considering averments in application, sufficient cause is made out. 4.

Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The State is permitted to bring proposed legal heirs of deceased sole Respondent on record. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

Interim Applications are disposed of.
