By this interim application, the applicant seeks restoration of Writ Petition No.14842 of 2023 which was dismissed on 17/03/2025 for want of prosecution. Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and perused the interim application.

Considering the reasons set out in the application for not attending the proceedings on the given dates as it is stated that when the writ petition was listed on board, the applicant could not attend the Court as he was travelling from Nashik to Mumbai and despite mentioning before the Court that the Advocate was before some other Court, the matter was dismissed in default.

Considering the reasons stated by the Applicant in the application, we are of the view that the Applicant can not be made to suffer for Advocate's fault.

Resultantly, we allow the interim application in terms of prayer clause (a) by setting aside the order dated 17/03/2025. Writ Petition No.14842 of 2023 shall be restored to its original file. The interim application is disposed of accordingly.
