This Interim Application is filed by the original Respondent in the Civil Revision Application (ST) No.23018 of 2022 seeking the following relief:

"a) That the Applicant in Civil Revision Application i.e. Deepak Ishwariprasad Agarwal be directed to amend the cause title of the Civil Revision Application by deleting the name of the Respondent and by inserting the name of "Ajinkya Construction LLP" as under:

Ajinkya Construction LLP; a Registered Partnership firm, under the provisions of Limited Liability Parternship Act, 2008 having their registered office at 102, Floor-10, Plot -220, Maker Chamber VI, Jamnalal Bajaj Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Revisional Applicant in Civil Revision Application (ST) No.23018 of 2022 has been served, however, none apepars for the original Applicant in Civil Revision Application (ST) No.23018 of 2022.

The only prayer sought in the present Interim Application is by deleting name of the Respondent, the cause title of the Civil Revision Application (ST) No.23018 of 2022 be amended by inserting name of the "Ajinkya Construction LLP". 4.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Accordingly, the Interim Application be disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
