Heard Constituted Attorney of the Applicant, who has filed this application with a prayer to discharge the advocate of the Applicant in above Civil Revision Application. She states on instructions that Revision Applicant will engage a new advocate. 2.
Perused the application. It is stated in the application that pursuant to meeting with the concerned advocate, it was decided to terminate the association. It is further stated that on 20th January 2025, the Applicant addressed a letter to said advocate asking for 'No objection certificate'. It is further stated that till date, NOC is not issued and the letter is not even responded. A statement is made that Applicant has paid complete fees to the said advocate. Husen

Court notice was issued to the concerned advocate of the Applicant on 01.10.2025. Office note indicates that as per the order, the concerned advocate was served and acknowledgment is on record. Nobody appears for the said advocate. 4.
Considering the averments made in the application and absence of the concerned advocate (whose discharge is sought) despite notice of the Court, a case is made out for order of discharge. 5.
Accordingly, the application is allowed. Advocate Deepak Chitnis Chiparikar & Co. is discharged from appearance for Applicant in Civil Revision Application No. 294 of 2007. 6.
