This Interim Application is taken out for restoration of the Second Appeal, which has been dismissed for non-prosecution in view of nonremoval of office objections by conditional order dated 26th November, 2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). 2.

In the morning session when this Interim Application was called out none appeared for the Applicants and therefore, to give one more opportunity the matter was kept back in the afternoon session. In the afternoon session also none appears.

Although this Interim Application is taken out for restoration of the Second Appeal, none appears for the Applicants. 4.
