There is a money decree passed by the City Civil Court. The decretal amount is Rs.3,97,886.69/- plus interest. Before the trial Court, though the Defendant has filed a Written Statement, has not given any evidence to substantiate the averments in the Written Satish Sangar 1/2

O R D E R

(i) The matter is referred for Mediation to Mediation Centre, High Court, Bombay.

(ii) The learned Deputy Registrar - Mediation Centre, High Court, Bombay to appoint a suitable Mediator. (iii) The parties to appear before the learned Mediator on 16th September 2025 at 11.00 a.m.

(iv) The Office to pay the fees as per the Rules.

In the meantime, the Appellant is permitted to file copy of the reply in the Office. It is already served on the other side. 4.
